A: Yes! We recommend that you use an airless pump with pressures of 1500-2000 PSI. A fluid delivery of 1-2 gallons per minute with a spray tip size of 0.026 – 0.035 will be adequate. The hose should be at least 3/8th inch inside diameter, and should be of the high pressure rated type. If the hose length is more than 50 feet, a larger inside diameter will be required. Additionally remove all filters.
A: Yes!! Coating your RV, Mobile Home or Camper, will greatly decrease interior temperatures! For added adhesion we recommend Lanco's Aqua-proof Primer. Please refer to Aqua Proof Primer's Technical Data Sheetfor more information.
A: Technically you can, but we recommend Lanco's Dry Coat Paint which is designed for waterproofing vertical surfaces.
A: For Rubber Roofs we recommend using Lanco's Aqua-proof Primer for best adhesion and preparing the surface before the application of our Lanco Roof Coating. Please refer to our Aqua Proof Primer's Technical Data Sheet for more information.
A: To seal joints, seams and cracks we strongly recommend Lanco’s Aqua-Proof Prep. Then apply one coat of Lanco’s Aqua-Proof Primer to prepare the surface before the application of Lanco® Roof Coating, let it dry 24 hours.
Our Coatings have outstanding adhesive properties over a wide variety of substrates, assuring many years of solid protection on surfaces such as: Modified asphalt membranes, Built-up roofs, Polyurethane foam, Concrete, Aged galvanized metals and Aged EPDM. We strongly recommend using Aqua-Proof Primerto prepare the surface before applying our roof coating on surfaces such as plastic, TPO or New EPDM.
For this type of application we recommend Lanco Aqua-Proof Prep, our elastomeric waterproofing and crack prevention membrane. This helps provides protection under tiles in wet areas such as bathrooms and balconies.
A: Yes Lanco® Roof Coatings will extend the life of your roof for many years, also turn down the temperatures up to a 13 degrees fahrenheit reflecting the UV rays of the sun. Our Roof Coatings cover 50 sq.ft. per gal, one coat. We recommend two perpendicular coats of product, allowing 24 hours between each coat. On a roof with an area of 300 sq.ft. you need 12 single gallons or 2 buckets and two gallons.
