Chemastic LP-15™ is a two component, high solids, chemical resistant amine cured epoxy mastic. It is specially modified with a proprietary blend of selective resins, wetting agents and rust inhibitors to provide excellent adhesion and protection to structurally sound, rusty steel surfaces, concrete surfaces and over existing coatings. Ideal as a coating system over marginal prepared surfaces where blasting is impractical or prohibited. Recommended as a high build primer under a wide variety of topcoats.
LP-240 is a uniquely formulated two component, water-based Epoxy Coating which is based on the newest technology of Emulsion Chemistry. LP-240 uses specially selected Co-Polymer resins to produce a hard, high gloss tile-like finish with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. This non-toxic, low odor Epoxy provides outstanding wash and scrubability, making it ideal as an anti-graffiti coating and where surfaces are exposed to great abuse. LP-240 is recommended as a coating for masonry, wood and metal surfaces.
Poly-Chem LP-1703 is a specially formulated two component, 100% Solids Epoxy Concrete Primer. LP-1703 is a low viscosity, self-leveling resin that can be applied at a dry film thickness of 5-10 mils in one (1) coat. It is designed as a concrete primer for use under epoxy mortar toppings, slurries, lining systems, and thin film epoxies and polyurethanes. The LP-1703 being a 100% Solids Epoxy, is ideal for use in confined areas where solvent odor is objectionable. It meets all EPA and other air pollution regulations.
LP-1850 Poly-Chem is a specially formulated two component, 100% Solids Epoxy Blend Coating designed for use where a hard yet flexible, durable, gloss finish is desired. Based on a unique blend of "resin rich" polymers, LP-1850 provides an extremely wear resistant surface, which also is cosmetically attractive in appearance. LP-1850 is a low viscosity, self-leveling resin that can be applied at a dry film thickness of 10-60 mils in (1) coat. Most applications are 10-20 mils DFT. The LP-1850, being a 100% solids, is ideal for use in confined areas where solvent odor is objectionable. LP-1850 meets all EPA and other air pollution regulations, and is USDA approved.
